The agreement between you and Love GPT

  1. 1. AcceptanceBy opening Love GPT, creating an account or sending a message to a companion you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
  2. 2. Adults onlyLove GPT is restricted to people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher.
  3. 3. What Love GPT providesLove GPT offers entertainment conversations with fictional virtual companions. It is not a dating service and no real person is on the other side of the chat.
  4. 4. Fictional charactersEvery name, photo and biography inside Love GPT is fictional. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended.
  5. 5. Not professional adviceCompanion replies are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In an emergency contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.
  6. 6. Account creationYou must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. One person may not run multiple accounts to abuse trials or promotions.
  7. 7. Account securityYou are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  8. 8. Personal use onlyYour Love GPT account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or renting access is not permitted.
  9. 9. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Love GPT for anything illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing or harmful to others.
  10. 10. Prohibited contentContent involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals, violence or extremism is strictly forbidden and is grounds for immediate termination.
  11. 11. No automated accessScraping, crawling, reverse engineering, bulk data extraction and automated request tools are not allowed without written permission.
  12. 12. Service integrityYou must not attempt to bypass safety systems, usage limits, paywalls or authentication in any part of Love GPT.
  13. 13. Your contentYou keep ownership of the messages you write and grant Love GPT a limited licence to process them so the service can function.
  14. 14. Our contentThe Love GPT name, design, imagery, characters, text and code are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  15. 15. FeedbackSuggestions you send us may be used to improve Love GPT without obligation, attribution or payment.
  16. 16. Free tierFree access may include limits on messages, features or media, and those limits can change as the service develops.
  17. 17. Paid plansPrices, inclusions and billing periods are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  18. 18. Recurring billingSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using your saved payment method until you cancel.
  19. 19. CancellationYou can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  20. 20. RefundsDigital content is delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
  21. 21. ChargebacksDisputing a legitimate charge without contacting support first may result in suspension of your Love GPT account.
  22. 22. Virtual itemsCredits, tokens and in-service items have no cash value outside Love GPT and cannot be exchanged for money.
  23. 23. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but Love GPT may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or events outside our control.
  24. 24. Changes to the serviceFeatures, companions and interfaces may be added, altered or withdrawn as the product evolves.
  25. 25. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, harm other members or put the service at risk.
  26. 26. Deleting your accountYou may close your Love GPT account whenever you wish; deletion removes your profile and conversation history in line with the Privacy Policy.
  27. 27. Disclaimer of warrantiesLove GPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
  28. 28. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Love GPT in the twelve months before the claim.
  29. 29. IndemnityYou agree to cover losses arising from your misuse of Love GPT or your breach of these terms.
  30. 30. Third-party servicesPayment processors, hosting providers and linked sites operate under their own terms, which apply in addition to these.
  31. 31. PrivacyOur handling of personal data is described in the Love GPT Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
  32. 32. Updates to these termsWe may revise these terms; continued use after the updated date at the top means you accept the revised version.
